We have a 48 hour cancellation policy in place. Any cancellations that occur 48 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.

• Services are not transferable to other individuals
• We require at least 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation
• If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit or charge a cancellation or “no-show” fee
• In the case of pre-paid services, the full cost of service will be forfeited
• Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law
